Reviews Inbox allows you to reply directly to reviews from your Listings hub, giving you a complete overview of your ratings without having to go to each platform singularly. In this article we will see how to reply to reviews coming from different channels.

 

Google

Reviews

To reply to Google reviews, you just need to write your comment in the grey box and click on 'Reply'.

For Google reviews:

  • You can post one reply
  • You can edit your reply after it is published
  • Clicking on 'View original post' will redirect you to your business' Google reviews page

Questions

To answer to Google questions, you just need to write your comment in the grey box and click on 'Reply'.

For Google questions:

  • You can reply multiple times
  • Clicking on 'View original post' will redirect you to the exact publication

 

Facebook

To reply to Facebook reviews, you just need to write your comment in the grey box and click on 'Reply'.

For Facebook reviews:

  • You can reply multiple times (thread)
  • Clicking on 'View original post' will redirect you to the exact publication
    (you need to be logged in)

TripAdvisor

To reply to TripAdvisor reviews, you need to click on 'View original post' and you will be redirected to the publication, which you will able to comment on TripAdvisor.

  • Your replies will be directly visible from your Reviews Inbox after you posted them
